This page sets out the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy, and Membership Terms governing the use of the Mikaboo website, services, eCommerce transactions, and Mikaboo Alliance membership (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

You agree to use the Mikaboo website and Services lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or disrupt Mikaboo’s operations.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Mikaboo does not warrant that all content on the website is error-free, complete, or current.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, text, images, and materials on the Mikaboo website are the intellectual property of Mikaboo and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
General Policy
All sales, including products, services, and memberships, are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, are granted strictly at Mikaboo’s sole discretion.
Any approved refund will be processed net of applicable administrative fees and/or third-party payment gateway charges, which are non-refundable.
No Guaranteed Refunds
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Mikaboo reserves the right to reject any refund request without obligation to provide reasons.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS – MIKABOO ALLIANCE
Membership Nature
Mikaboo Alliance memberships provide access to curated benefits, partner offers, events, and community privileges. Membership benefits may vary, change, or be withdrawn at any time at Mikaboo’s discretion.
Non-Transferability
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared, resold, or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION APPROVAL
All membership applications submitted to Mikaboo Alliance are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Mikaboo Alliance.
Mikaboo Alliance reserves the right to approve, reject, or decline any membership application without obligation to provide reasons, explanations, or justifications for its decision.
Submission of a membership application and/or payment of membership fees does not guarantee acceptance into Mikaboo Alliance.
In the event that a membership application is not approved, Mikaboo Alliance may, at its sole discretion, refund the membership fee or apply the amount paid as a credit toward other Mikaboo products or services.
All decisions relating to membership application approval are final and binding.
RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP
Mikaboo Alliance reserves the absolute right, at its sole and unfettered discretion, to suspend or terminate any membership without refund if a member’s conduct is deemed to be inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with the values, objectives, or community standards of Mikaboo Alliance.
This includes, but is not limited to, conduct that:
Causes discomfort, harassment, intimidation, or distress to other members, partners, staff, or guests
Disrupts events, workshops, networking sessions, or community activities
Involves abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or inappropriate behaviour, whether in person or online
Damages or may damage the reputation, operations, goodwill, or commercial interests of Mikaboo Alliance or its partners
Misuses membership privileges, benefits, or access for personal, commercial, unethical, or unauthorised gain
Mikaboo Alliance is not obligated to provide prior warning, justification, or evidence before exercising its rights under this clause.
All decisions made under this clause are final and binding.
Termination or suspension of membership under this clause does not entitle the member to any refund, compensation, or reimbursement of fees paid, whether in whole or in part.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:
Mikaboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of its website, Services, or memberships
Mikaboo shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of third-party partners, merchants, or service providers
You agree to indemnify and hold Mikaboo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these terms
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Mikaboo website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Mikaboo does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
AMENDMENTS
Mikaboo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
